Controlling our supply chain guarantees a superior product from start to finish. From chairlift meetings to paper sketches, CAD designs, prototypes, testing, and tooling, every Union Binding is developed, produced, and shipped in-house without any outsourcing. We are the only conventional binding supplier that owns and operates its own production facility.

Our goal is simple: to supply the best-fitting, highest performing, and most durable bindings in the business. The Cadet binding is perfect for kids looking to shred the entire mountain, with a shorter and softer flex highback and fully adjustable heelcup and straps for growing feet.
